Householder overturns council decision
A householder has won an appeal against Runnymede Council after it refused to give him planning permission for a conservatory.
Mr Craven lodged an appeal against Runnymede's decision last June, to ban his proposal to removal a gazebo and replace in with a single story conservatory at a house in Hurst Lane, Egham.
Planning Inspector Stephen Roscoe ruled that the plan would not affect the openness of the Green belt and feel below the threshold for inappropriate development.
