Your favourite local paper, The Staines & Egham News has changed its publication date.
The paper will now come out at your nearest newsagents on a Thursday each week, rather than on a Wednesday as previously.
Of course, all the up-to-date and breaking news for Egham can also be found, plus much more, right here on your community website too.
An appeal by a landowner against enforcement notices issued by the borough council will go to a public inquiry.
Diana Vick of Hurst Lane appealed against the notices requiring her to cease the use of land at the rear of the premises for an ice-making business and mobile home storage. The borough council deemed this was inappropriate land use in the Green Belt.
Representations regarding the appeal should be sent to the Planning Inspectorate before October 14.
A small undergrowth fire was snubbed by firefighters at the back of Orchard Close, around 8pm on Tuesday, September 22.
Surrey Fire & Rescue believe the fire was started deliberately.

A female student was stuck in a lift for 30 minutes on Wednesday, September 23.
The incident happened around 11.30pm at Royal Holloway, University of London.
Firefighters from Egham were able to safely extract the student.
A needlework group will give a talk in November on Christmas patchwork.
The Thameside Quilters will visit Magna Carta School, in Thorpe Road, on Monday 16 where June Hurst will give a talk on 'Patchwork for Christmas' to show what can be made to decorate one's home.
The cost of attending is £6.
Fuel had to be cleared from Church Road following a traffic collision on Sunday, September 20 around 12.30pm.
Firefighters from Egham had to wash the spillage away following the two-car prang.
The Zodiac Musical Society will be performing Casablanca at its main winter show.
The show , directed by Jo Garofalo and written by Barry Manilow will run at the Magna Carta Arts Theatre from Wednesday, November 4 until Saturday, November 7.

A special harvest service will take place at St John's Church on Tuesday, September 29 at 2pm.
Community Songs of Praise for Harvest is a chance for visitors to join with others to sing their favourite hymns.
The service will be followed by tea and cakes.

A young wrestler said he feels lucky to be alive after almost breaking his neck during his first home town fight on Friday September 18.
Billy Reynolds, 24, of Pooley Green Road, Egham, nearly broke his neck after landing on his head during an LDN wrestling show at Egham Leisure Centre.

The Egham Hythe Councillor's Surgery takes place in the bar lounge of the Hythe Centre, Thorpe Road, on Saturday, September 26 from 10am until 12noon.
