Icemaking business in Egham up for planning appeal
An appeal by a landowner against enforcement notices issued by the borough council will go to a public inquiry.
Diana Vick of Hurst Lane appealed against the notices requiring her to cease the use of land at the rear of the premises for an ice-making business and mobile home storage. The borough council deemed this was inappropriate land use in the Green Belt.
Representations regarding the appeal should be sent to the Planning Inspectorate before October 14.
