A public inquiry into the land use of property in Hurst Lane will come before a public inquiry at the Civic Chambers in Addlestone on February 2,3 and 4 next year (2010).

Runnymede Council had ordered Diana Vick, of Glenfield, to halt use of her land for an ice-making business, the stationing of mobile homes, the construction of an access road and the erection of a shed containing electricity meters.

The Secretary of State for the Environment decided the appeal would be dealt with by public inquiry.

Representations on the appeal should be made to the Planning Inspectorate before December 15, 2009.

We'd like to hear from you.
