Developer plans Egham conservation area re-build

A developer has applied to Runnymede Council for planning permission to build a two-storey detached home on conservation land.

Willow Brook Properties Ltd has applied to demolish the existing property at 78a Hummer Road and replace it. A separate application for Conservation Area Consent has also been submitted.

The applications will come before the council's planning committee later this year.
